SERVICE STANDARDS


With our extensive experience of working with landlords and letting agents we understand that you need reliable results fast. Our Silver Express Credit Check is our quickest option with results being with you within two working hours of receipt of your application.

Our Fully Comprehensive Report takes longer to produce due to the amount of information which is obtained, for this type of assessment we promise to;

  • acknowledge receipt of your application and advise you of progress made to date within three working hours, by email or telephone
  • chase all outstanding information every three working hours
  • issue the full tenant assessment report within 48-72 hours of receipt of the application (*)

 

(*) Factors outside our control such as unhelpful or absent referees or incomplete or inaccurate application forms can lead to delays in achieving these service standards. Where this occurs we will issue an assessment based on the information received to date and confirm what information has not been received and why. Please note that it will not be possible to issue refunds in these circumstances.
