On registration we will provide you with a registration number and password, which you should input on each application made.
Once registered simply complete a Redbrick Tenant Assessment application form, which can be completed on-line or downloaded below:-

Application forms can be submitted on-line or by email, fax or post. When submitted, with the exception of on-line applications, all forms must be signed by the prospective tenant/guarantor.
For Fully Comprehensive Tenant Assessments two forms of identification for the prospective tenant/guarantor should be submitted:
- one confirming signature
- one confirming current address
The latest SA302 for self-employed tenants and the most recent mortgage statement, where the tenant has a current mortgage, should also be submitted for Fully Comprehensive Assessments, where available. |
