APPLICATION PROCEDURE


If this is your first application please complete our tenant assessment registration form which can be downloaded below. Alternatively, if you would like to request an assessment now, please apply on-line. Simply click "Apply for a Tenant Assessment" and follow the "New to Redbrick" instructions. If you have any queries, please call the Redbrick Tenant Assessment team on 0845 849 4049.

On registration we will provide you with a registration number and password, which you should input on each application made.

Once registered simply complete a Redbrick Tenant Assessment application form, which can be completed on-line or downloaded below:-

Application forms can be submitted on-line or by email, fax or post. When submitted, with the exception of on-line applications, all forms must be signed by the prospective tenant/guarantor.

For Fully Comprehensive Tenant Assessments two forms of identification for the prospective tenant/guarantor should be submitted:

- one confirming signature

- one confirming current address

The latest SA302 for self-employed tenants and the most recent mortgage statement, where the tenant has a current mortgage, should also be submitted for Fully Comprehensive Assessments, where available.
