For pre-approved letting agents and landlords, the following tenant assessment packages which include various insurance options, may be available:
Fully Comprehensive Assessment including Legal Expenses and ID Theft Assistance (6 and 12 months policies);
All benefits of a Gold assessment plus:
Provides landlords with up to £25,000 cover for legal expenses and up to £10,000 to cover costs in respect of defending legal rights or removal of CCJs as a result of ID Fraud
Fully Comprehensive Assessment including Rent Guarantee, Legal Expenses and ID Theft Assistance (6 and 12 months policies);
All the benefits of a Platinum assessment with the addition of providing landlords with cover for up to six months' unpaid rent (maximum of £10,000 per claim)
Alternatively, letting agents and landlords can purchase these insurances on qualifying tenants on a stand-alone basis. Please contact Redbrick for details of how to apply.
